You can pay via bank transfer. We will send you the payment instructions once your reservation is confirmed.

The costs you have incurred for water will be deducted from your deposit and the resulting amount will be transferred back to your bank account. This does not apply to electricity, for which you should use a Pagatinu Pass

A Pagatinu Pass is a prepaid electricity card that you can buy at one of the many outlets on the island. You can charge the card with credit of your choice and then use it to purchase electricity for your stay. You can easily charge the card by entering the code on the card in the Pagatinu app or on the Pagatinu website. You can also charge the card at one of the many outlets on the island.

In case of cancellation, no refund is possible. We advise you to take out travel insurance to cover any costs in case of cancellation.

Pets are not allowed in the villa and apartments.

Yes, all rooms in the villa and apartments are smoke-free.

Yes, there is a minimum stay of 5 nights required.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out time is until 11:00 AM.

No, the use of the jacuzzi is included in the rental price, water consumption not included. Note: Jacuzzi is refreshing 28/30 degrees.
